Ok I think I got it right this time

I was averaging over the entire DAY not the correct hour. But I ran the insitu and PIV codes for the three days we showed ONR. Here are the results.



PIV data is sparse for the days we are wanting usually (same as we saw when looking for good Argus images to show rip correspondence).
